10 baptised as 833 attend JW Chipinge assembly

Chipinge Assembly baptism in progress

MORE and more people are accepting the truth of the Word of God. This was witnessed by what transpired at a one day Circuit Assembly of Jehovah’s Witnesses that took place yesterday (1 April 2023) at Goldfields Complex in Chipinge town.

A total of 10 people publicly dedicated their lives to Jehovah God through baptism in water during the assembly that was attended by 833 delegates. According to a dedication talk that was given for the new devotees, one qualifies for baptism with Jehovah’s Witnesses after studying a free Bible course.

Yesterday’s circuit gathering was the second to take place this year following the one that took place at the same venue on 7 January. The organisation resumed its in-person assemblies this year after it had suspended such gatherings for the past two years due to COVID-19 global pandemic.

Those in Checheche shall attend their assembly today at Checheche Expandable Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses. The program shall begin at 0930hrs and ends at 1615hrs.
