ZIFA Eastern Region Soccer League Division 1 Match Day number 3 which is pitting Rusitu Tigers versus Buffaloes FC of Mutare shall be an exciting one considering that it’s a clash of “wild animals.”
Tigers were wounded last week as they lost 1-4 to Ruwa based Grayham FC in an encounter which was allegedly marred by bad handling from officials which saw the Rusitu punished with two penalties which the assistant referees did not agree to.
Rusitu Tigers is on position 13 on the log with no point as Buffaloes are on number 5 with 4 points.
Wounded as they are, Rusitu Tigers are playing at their home ground, Chirombo Stadium, Rusitu tomorrow (Sunday). The team is geared to send a message to other teams in the league.
Rusitu Tigers began the season with a 2-1 loss against Midway FC at home on 09 April and lost 1-4 in their away encounter with Grayham FC on 15 April.
