PEOPLE who want to pursue a course in the baking industry have something to smile for owing to the opening of a school of baking in Chipinge town. Harare based Perfect Baking School, has opened the Low Density Commercial (near YaDzonzai town) area of Chipinge.
According a tutor, Vivian Gumbo, their courses which range from 1 month to 6 months depending on what a person requires or can afford where introduced to cater for the growing need of professional baking in the country.
“Our school offers courses in various products such as pies, muffins, cakes, biscuits, bread and many others. The courses are tailor-made to cater for students from different statuses and backgrounds.
“Students can pay on monthly basis. After completing their courses, we offer them certificates. For those who complete full six months, we arrange an industrial attachment for them,” she said.
