IN a move that will help develop the Information Communication Technology sector in Zimbabwe, Deputy Minister of Higher and Tertiary Education, Hon Raymond Machingura is in Senegal attending the 16th International Conference and Exhibition on ICT for Education, Training and Skills Development that is taking place.
The event which began yesterday (24 May) is taking place at the Abdou Diouf International Conference Centre in Dakar and shall end on 26 May 2023.
Yesterday, the event opened with a Plenary Session. Today, shall see a Ministerial Round Table taking place followed by the Ministerial Round Dinner. On the last day, there shall be various special events and a debate themed “This House Believes that AI Will Do More Harm than Good to Education in Africa”
The event is the largest network of leading experts, professionals and investors, committed to the future of education and training in Africa.
