LEADING private learning institution, Herentals Group of Colleges and Schools shall honour learners at its Chipinge College on this Wednesday (14 December).
According to the School Head of Herentals Chipinge College, Ms Tinashe Muneta, the event is earmarked to thank both learners and parents or guardians for supporting education in Zimbabwe.
“We hold Speech and Prize Giving Days at Herentals College as a way of honouring our learners and their parents or guardians. The day gives an opportunity for the School to Honour not only Academic Excellence but Sporting excellence as well as other special character traits in the students.
“Learners and parents being our key stakeholders; are our priority. We acknowledge them. As a learning institution, we know that we cannot do it all alone without their support. We hope that the prizes shall serve as a motivation for them to excel be it in sport, education or any other disciplines,” she said.
