THE Apostolic Ejuwell Jekenisheni Church-(Mabiya Headquarters)’s leader, Mr Phillip Mundiona Changonona, Deputy Leader- Mr J. Chitakatira, Board Members, the National Church Committee and the general church Members join hands with His Excellency, Cde Dr Emmerson Dambudzo Mnangagwa, the First Lady, Dr Auxillia Mnangagwa War Collaborators, ZANU PF Revolutionary Party, all Churches and fellow daughters and sons of the soil in commemoration of Zimbabwe’s forty-three years of Independence.
The 18th of April 2023 marks a jovial historic moment for Zimbabwe’s freedom from servitude. The cruel reality of colonial bondage dating as far as 1979, going backwards is a permanent scar on Zimbabwe’s political history. Therefore, Zimbabwe’s 43 Anniversary deepens all Zimbabweans patriotism across diverse political divides as it coincides with the Second Republic’s ‘leaving no one and place behind’’ political ethos in pursuit of vision 2030. We are, indeed, commemorating the unqualified work and sacrifices of our gallant freedom fighters (heroes and heroines) who brought peace, unity and tranquility in our beloved and blessed country despite detraction efforts by the opponent.
This year’s independence is a wake-up call for all Zimbabweans to vote for the revolutionary ZANU PF party during the forthcoming harmonized elections to defend our political legacy. As a church, we remain resolute as champions of peace and tranquility in the country during the pre- and post-elections period to enhance the achievement of Zimbabwe’s sustainable development agenda. Lastly, but not least, we unconditionally dedicate ourselves towards mobilization of votes for our Visionary President Cde Dr. E.D Mnangagwa through the ‘5 million Votes for ED’ mantra. His Servant Leadership will by no means lead us to Canaan!!!!
