Chimanimani’s own beauty contest, Miss Chimanimani FM Beauty Pageant is taking place tomorrow (24 December 2022).
The contest that aims at showcasing arts talents in Chimanimani shall take place at 10am and ends at 4pm.
Speaking to this publication, the coordinator of the contest, Nyasha Chigeza, well known as Mhamha Sugar in the showbiz circles said that the youth need to showcase their talent in line with the concept of education 5.0.
“Competent Based Curriculum seeks to promote talent in learners henceforth we compliment it through offering platforms where young people can showcase various talents and in this instance, we are looking at modeling and dancing.
“Chimanimani FM is one of the 14 radio stations that were given licenses to operate as community radios in Zimbabwe. It gives a service to the Chimanimani community, hence we rely on donations.
