IN a new and exciting development, Chimanimani-Chipinge region now boasts of a new streaming television channel that aims at providing content for and by the people of Chimanimani and Chipinge.
Named TV Chimanimani, the television channel can be viewed on virtual streaming platform, YouTube, and is a wholly subsidiary of Business Wave Africa.com.
Speaking to the publication, the Managing Editor of Business Wave Africa, Livingstone Mtetwa, said that the project aims at promoting the Chimanimani-Chipinge region.
“We are indeed excited to introduce a new streaming television platform for the people of Chimanimani and Chipinge. The content shall be generated by the people of this region in order to promote talent from our land.
“As a starting point, we shall be broadcasting news, short films, documentaries and entertainment by the people of Chimanimani and Chipinge. Everyone is welcome to contribute to the project.
“Viewers can follow us on the following social media platforms; YouTube as TV Chimanimani, Facebook as TV Chimanimani and Twitter as TV Chimanimani. We urge our people to share like and subscribe to our TV channel on YouTube so that our content might amass a huge following,” he said.
TV Chimanimani shall help to put Chipinge and Chimanimani areas on the world map through uplifting and showcasing the versatility of the Ndau culture among others.
